Floating blue tankard curvy
This tankard is thrown at the wheel and the handle is pulled on the pot. It is glazed using a floating blue. The inside is copper green.
The tankard has a juicy glaze drip next to the handle, see image 3. The drip hasn't touched the kiln shelf so the tankard does sit flat. I point this out, as I know some people love a juicy drip, and some don't!
The clay used is an off white stoneware, fired to cone 6 (1220) in an electric kiln.
